Behind the pink cars and the cheerful glasses is a serious company with a warm heart. PINK Beheer was born from personal experience: when we opened our own home to holiday guests, we discovered what it feels like to entrust your home to others and how important it is to have someone who genuinely looks after it.
Familiar faces make the difference
What sets PINK apart is personal contact and a team of dedicated people. We work with a permanent office team, a dedicated cleaning team and our own technical and facilities team, complemented by a network of experienced and reliable local professionals and suppliers.
We aim to work with familiar faces who know our way of working. This creates direct communication, clear lines and a personal approach — for us and for our owners.
Rooted on the island
We have been managing properties on Boca Gentil and Vista Royal for many years and are also active in Blue Bay and other locations across Curaçao. We know the area, the local parties and the practical way things are handled here. This knowledge is not built behind a desk, but by being present every day, building relationships and knowing how to get things done properly for our owners.
