Maintenance & services — we also take care of the administration related to recurring services and maintenance. This includes pool and garden maintenance, servicing of installations, pest control, as well as practical matters such as the annual vehicle inspection and other recurring appointments.
Bookings & rental administration — bookings received through external rental platforms are processed and followed up by us. This allows us to keep track of reservations, arrivals and the related activities.
