What Property Management at PINK Means
Whether it is a villa you live in yourself, a second home where you spend part of the year, or a property you want to rent out: we keep your home in top condition and keep you informed. Our management focuses on quality, preventive maintenance and preserving the value of your property in the long term.
Property Care — regular interior and exterior inspections, with attention to air conditioning, the pool, garden, installations and possible damage caused by leaks or weather conditions. We also keep an eye on your mailbox and mail. We identify anything that requires attention and take appropriate action where necessary.
Key Management & Access — we manage the keys, provide access to suppliers and contractors, and act as your representative on the island.
Maintenance & Technical Services — our own technical and facility team takes care of smaller jobs directly and coordinates larger maintenance projects from quotation through to completion. Larger works are always discussed with you in advance and only carried out after your approval. For this, we work with a trusted network of reliable local partners.
Administration — we take care of monthly invoicing, process local bills and, where needed, arrange applications and changes relating to water, electricity and internet. We are also the main point of contact for suppliers, maintenance partners and utility companies.
Water & Energy — we monitor water and electricity consumption and record usage during guests' stays. We also carry out periodic checks. Any unusual consumption may be a reason to inspect the property more closely. If necessary, we discuss the appropriate next steps with you.
Arrival Service — coming to Curaçao yourself? We are happy to help make your stay as comfortable and carefree as possible. From arranging groceries and organising your taxi or airport transfer to other practical matters: we are happy to arrange these for you in advance upon request.
Client Portal & Property Overview — a central online platform where communication, maintenance and completed work are clearly recorded. This provides one clear, ongoing overview as well as a valuable history of your property.
