Rates — Tailored to Your Property
Every property is different. Every situation is different. That is why we do not work with one standard package, but with a clear structure of fixed and variable costs, so you only pay for what your property actually needs.
Fixed Management Fees
The fixed management fee covers the day-to-day care and coordination of your property:
Key Management, Communication & Guest Services — PINK manages the keys to your property and handles communication between the owner/property manager and guests throughout their stay.
Preparation & Guest Stay — we make sure the property is ready for guests and provide a thorough check-in and check-out, including meter readings.
Inspections & Reporting — regular inspections while the property is unoccupied, with reporting of any defects, issues or other points requiring attention.
24/7 Availability — for emergencies, for both you and your guests, including additional monitoring of the property when circumstances require it, such as during extreme weather.
Mailbox & Mail — while the property is unoccupied, we empty the mailbox at least once a week and process important mail.
Administration & Financial Overview — you receive a clear monthly overview and an itemized invoice.
Advance Payments — where necessary, we can advance costs so that bills can be paid on time.
Guest Amenities — provides the basic guest package. The actual costs are charged separately to the owner.
Variable Costs
Variable costs are only charged when applicable. These may include:
Welcome Packages — when requested, we can arrange a welcome package for guests. The costs are charged separately.
Cleaning — before arrival, during the stay when required, and after departure, carried out by our dedicated cleaning team.
Laundry & Linen Service — we take care of washing and replacing linen, tailored to the use of your property.
Maintenance & Services — for example, pool and garden maintenance, maintenance of installations, pest control, vehicle inspections and other recurring services.
Purchases & Replacements — when new or replacement items are needed for your property, such as tableware, inventory, outdoor furniture or other necessities, we can arrange this for you. The costs are charged separately.
Technical Work & Larger Maintenance — technical work and the coordination of larger maintenance projects are charged separately.
